TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the remote purchase of products and services carried out via the website www.contalitri.com (hereinafter the "Site").

2. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale By electronically sending the purchase order confirmation, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these GTC in their relationship with the Seller. Purchases are permitted for both "Consumer" users (individuals acting for purposes unrelated to business activities) and "Business" users (companies or professionals with a VAT number).
3. Products and Prices The products sold on the Site are primarily measurement systems, flow meters (contalitri), and related accessories. Each product is accompanied by a technical data sheet.
Prices: All prices are expressed in Euro (€). It is clearly indicated whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
Errors: In the event of a material error in the price (obviously derisory or incorrect price), the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and promptly refund the Customer.
4. Purchase and Payment Methods The purchase is finalized upon receipt of the "Order Confirmation" email. Accepted payment methods are:
Credit/Debit Card
PayPal
Bank Transfer (shipment will occur once the credit is received)
[Any other methods, e.g., Cash on Delivery, Scalapay]
5. Shipping and Delivery Shipments are made via express couriers.
Timing: Delivery times are indicative and vary based on stock availability and destination.
Inspection of Goods: Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the package. In case of evident damage, the Customer must sign with a "Specific reserve of control," describing the anomaly.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only) Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, or products that have been used or installed (e.g., flow meters through which fluid has passed).
Refunds: The refund will take place within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, subject to verification of their integrity. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
7. Legal Warranty
Consumers: 24-month warranty for conformity defects.
Professionals (B2B): 12-month warranty pursuant to the Civil Code. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
8. Liability and Technical Specifications The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from a use of the flow meter that does not comply with the indicated technical specifications (e.g., excessive pressure, out-of-range temperature, incompatible corrosive fluids). It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the meter with the fluid to be treated.
9. Processing of Personal Data (Privacy) Customers' personal data are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For details, please refer to the "Privacy Policy" section of the Site.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The contract is governed by Italian law.
For disputes with Consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence or domicile.
For disputes with Business users, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of Bergamo.
